We will deliver your report over the Internet within 24 hours and we send a copy of the report at your request.

Your Inspection reports will be password protected for your privacy, and for your viewing convenience, a link to a copy of your report will remain available for your access online for up to five years.

My Qualifications:

I have inspected over 4,000 propertys that range in age from pre-Victorian to New Construction.  

After attending UCSB, I spent 16 years in the commercial construction business prior to becoming a Home/Commercial Inspector.

I am a member in good standing of the California Real Estate Inspection Association(CREIA) the most recognized Home Inspection Association in California.

I attend a minimum of 30 hours of Inspection related continuing education every year.

I have 14+ years of Inspection experience and have performing thousands of Home Inspections and Commercial Property Inspections.

I carry both Errors and Omissions and General Liability Insurance.
